    Entertainment

I'm looking for some mindless entertainment (when am I not??).

Any suggestions for movies or books or music? Something fun and entertaining. I just replaced my old TV (it had squiggly lines across the top) and I'm itching to watch some good movies (and I threw in the books and music for good measure cause I know everybody here always, ok usually has some good suggestions).

I just finished Iron Man and Indian Jones.

This is probably not what you had in mind, but I found this to be particularly entertaining:

    http://www.nbc.com/Saturday_Night_Li...k-show/727501/

I'm sure NBC will take this down at some point, but hopefully the link will work until this thread falls down into oblivion here at the lit net

(you have to watch a commercial first)

Ever heard of the television series The Office? It's highly entertaining.

If you're in the mood for curving bullets, watch the movie Wanted. Hancock was also entertaining.

The Office is good but I keep missing it, for some reason I always forget it's on, that and Ugly Betty.

Gilmore Girls is a cute show .....
Ethel Mertz: Gee, this high altitude sure gives me an appetite.
Fred Mertz: What's your excuse at sea level?

Fred Mertz: Now what are we supposed to do? Thumb a ride on a passing halibut?
Ricky Ricardo: I can't afford it.
Lucy Ricardo: Those must have been the first English words you learned.

Very popular series based around a bookshop. Very funny too.

Cool and odd. I love Noel Fielding. You will find the series at ABC or BBC shops
