Hi everybody,
How does Aeneas' trip to the underworld influence him as a hero? He learns his destiny and gains a lot of wisdom, so then he can go on in his journey with a specific end in mind. He also meets Dido and sort of wraps things up with her. These two things lead to him being a stronger and calmer hero. He definitely comes out a changed man... I'd be very interested to hear other peoples' ideas on this subject!
Thanks,
