It's in Latin (it's by Martial) and it means:

If you do not give me carefully chosen books,
I will let in maggots and savage cockroaches.

Midnight: I am incapable of rating you due to lack of a signature

Therefore I will rate Pensive: 10/10 because it's from LotR!

I like the colour coordination, and the earwax kind of fits in with the slimy green... The quote seems quite random, but is very funny, and anything HP must be good... I love the tortoise... 8/10

Ethel Mertz: Gee, this high altitude sure gives me an appetite.
Fred Mertz: What's your excuse at sea level?

Fred Mertz: Now what are we supposed to do? Thumb a ride on a passing halibut?
Ricky Ricardo: I can't afford it.
Lucy Ricardo: Those must have been the first English words you learned.

I'm weary with right-angles, abbreviated daylight,
Waiting for a winter to be done.
Why do I still see you in every mirrored window,
In all that I could never overcome?

What kind of world have you known?
God give me courage to guide me,
    You are not alone.

"The time has come," the Walrus said,
    "To talk of many things:
    Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax--
    Of cabbages--and kings--
And why the sea is boiling hot--
    And whether pigs have wings."
