    Cool Song Word/Line Association Game

This game is really easy--all you'll need is a music player or radio (any gadget with audio output) or knowledge of a few songs. In case you have no music to play, your song vocabulary will pretty much come in handy.

I will begin with a word from the track I am currently listening to. The next poster must associate to it a word or line from the song he/she is playing. (Since a number of litnet members report of listening to music while on the forums, I believe this game will work out well, if not very nicely, with all of us).

I am supplying you with a fairly easy first word. This comes from my favorite song, which I play again and again almost every time of the day.

    Ready when you are...

    Lamppost

-Fall Out Boy, I've Got All This Ringing in My Ears But None on My Fingers*
    (I know... I know... I'm addicted!!!)
    *Optional
Wish hard enough, I could turn it to what I like.

    Fall Out Boy, "Tiffany Blews."

Whatta Plus!!! It's been a long time since I've been here.

Hmm, I haven't tried this before, but how about...

    Sunshine
(that's actually the title of the song--by Aerosmith)
    They called her sunshine
    The kind that everybody knows...

    Cloudy

From "My Girl," by lots of artists
...I've got sunshine, on a cloudy day
When it's winter, I've got the month of May...

    I beg your pardon,
I never promised you a rose garden ...
O schaurig ists übers Moor zu gehn,
    wenn es wimmelt vom Heiderauche,
sich wie Phantome die Dünste drehn
und die Ranke häkelt am Strauche.
