DR. WHo fans UNITE!!!
Well, I was just randomly going throught photobucket and searching for doctor images while watching the last doctor who episode on veoh AND talking tot he two doctor fanclubs I'm in on deviantart and i thought:
Ye gods! The lit-net doesn't have a doctor who fanclub I haven't even seen a single doctor related thread. Maybe it's there and it's old, really old but!
Here you can talk about the doctor. ANY of them, your favorite episode, weapon, planet, anything doctor related. Torchwood is also included and of course THE MASTER.
Go ahead!

booohoooooooo, I've never watched a single episode of Dr Who in my life. i really feel I'm missing out on a British (?) cult classic.
can you explain what it's about exactly?

*oh the joy of making a new fangirl!*
It all began on 1963.
Basically is about the adventures of a mysterious bloke known as THE DOCTOR who travels in time on a machine called the TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimension In Space) also known as "the blue phonebox". He has a companion who travels with him, this season is that horrid Martha.
Mostly that's all, yet is much more interesting that that. And there are aliens, and planets and it makes you cry. And of course, there's his enemy: The Master!
You can find some of the episodes on www.veoh.com
and herere links! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Doctor_who

The current series of Dr Who was a bit dodgy in parts, except for David Tennant who is lovely. Have you watched 'Cassanova' (the series, with David Tennant) Baki? If not you should, that was my first encounter with Mr T and I've never looked back!
Torchwood is dreadful.

Cassanova is a series? I thought it was a movie! I'm trying to find the first eps of DW. David Tennant is very handsome indeed, handsomer than Barrowman.
*Glares* I like Torchwood. Jack's on it.

The BBC made a mini-series of Casanova, I think before the movie was made.
Details here:

It is very good! A good old English bawdy romp...set in Venice!
Go on, admit it, Torchwood is just terrible! It is set in Wales, so it was doomed from the start...
(runs for cover...)
