hello if anyone could help me there's a certain story by chekhov which I was told in class but can't remember the title of.
the story was about a man who cames home on a winter day to find a coffin in his room. he runs out and goes to his friends house were he meets his friend on the steps outside his friends room when they go in they find another coffin. in the end it turns out that a friend (who was a coffinmaker ) of their had gone bankrupt and was hidding the coffins from a bailsmen.
it went something like that.
