short passage quoted in R. Davies

I am looking for a English translation of these lines spoken
by Mephistopheles in Faust, perhaps Part I, quoted by
Robertson Davies in "The Cunning Man":

    Dies sind die Kleinen
    Von den Meinen
Hore, wie zu Lust und taten
    Altklug sie raten.

My little ones these spirits be.
    Hark! with shrewd intelligence,
    How they recommend to thee
Action, and the joys of sense!

Oh my goodness! This was my very first posting on the Literature Network Forum, way back in June!

Thank you so much for translating these lines for me!

    Thanks again,Klingsor!
