Lean towards raucous, but it can still be at dinner.
A set routine every chistmas or changes from year to year?
I love the tradition, but I end up doing something different each year. I also love celebrating Christmas with strangers.

Sentimental gifts or really practical gifts?
Emotions can be attached to many things, even practical ones. A well thought out gift from a loved one is always cherished.
