Because it's one of the `staples' of cooking - garlic, onions and hot peppers.

If your head was salami how much would it cost?

That question was ambiguous and non-specific (maybe). I really wanted to see how people would respond to it, and interpret it

Maybe because most of us are right-handed.

What would you most like to change in your town/village/city?

    Hi Den,

Sorry I missed your salami question out. I must have pipped you to your post somehow.

So here's my answer to your salami question:

My salami-head is worth nothing and is unfit for human consumption.

Perhaps the accent? People in my home town have a very special way of talking. A bit nasal sound. It´s ugly.

    What makes you happy?

No, am two parts fiberglass, three parts teflon, and one part dreams

    Do you like to garden?

*Answer to subterranean: because there are parts of the world where the left hand was used to wipe the bum (also why it's a terrible thing to lose that particular one as punishment) and so was only polite to shake with the right.

*Re: garlic - it's irresistible. Once had 25 cloves browned in olive oil. Such a yummy, yummy snack.

    To be wise.

Hardy stopped writing novels, because of the criticism he received for Jude the Obscure, and went on to live for another 20 years or so. Tolstoy stopped writing novels, because he could no longer see the worth of writing fiction. I wish Hardy had continued novel-writing, he had plenty of time ahead of him to do so. Which novelist would you have liked to have seen write at least one more novel?
