    IMPORTANT Jane Eyre

....I'm doing this research in Jane Eyre and I'm finding a lot of info on this novel being a feminist novel and my teacher is not so happy with the idea of me emphasising over that subject so i would like some help on what to base my thesis statement on?? plz

Try the anti-feminist route....after all it is only when Jane and all the other Rivers get married that they all live happily ever after.
I lay faint, longing to be dead.

I agree with you the novel Jane Eyre is a feminist novel reflex thought and implicit demand of women right in that period
