    GCSE options

    I have to choose my GCSE options this year very soon, and my ambition for a career is to be a Journalist, so i was wonderint if there was any Journalists out there, what subjects should i choose and what should i do in the future? Thankyou.

    Kebi, IM not a journalist but I would do is find out the required GCSEs for your A-levels, as far as I rember A- level english for example is a requirement and to take A-level english in most schools you need to get at least C although usually they say B or above in your Gcse English literature and languge.

    Okay thanks, i looked it up like you said. I think i will take history and music, and english is compulsary anyway. I plan to go to university so when the time comes I'm sure I'l know whats right for me.

    If it isn't compulsary to do IT/ICT, ensure you do it. In the age of digital technology, some kind of IT qualification is essencial. Other than that, History would be a very useful one.
