6 - "Gather ye rose buds while ye may" is a "carpe diem" poem. The first line is a poetic way of saying "carpe diem."

There you are - you won't score zero on your homework - now get your book out and do some work.

    #9) Epigram

    ep·i·gram –noun
    1. any witty, ingenious, or pointed saying tersely expressed.
    2. epigrammatic expression: Oscar Wilde had a genius for epigram.
    3. a short, often satirical poem dealing concisely with a single subject and usually ending with a witty or ingenious turn of thought

EX: from Oscar Wilde "Laughter is not at all a bad beginning for a friendship, and it is far the best ending for one."

    Short poem type:
    Clement Marot:
"No spell were wanting from the dead to raise me,
But only that sweet laugh wherewith she slays me."

Dude, you can find this stuff on the web...
    Some of us laugh
    Some of us cry
    Some of us smoke
    Some of us lie
But it's all just the way
that we cope with our lives...

How about you give us your ideas, and we'll give a nudge in the right direction.

2 - What did Jonson think of Shakespeare?

This question seems familiar to me from the exam of English Literary Criticism.
But i have a different answer to this question.I know about John Dryden's criticism on both Jonson and Shakespeare. In "An Essay Of Dramatic Essay",he criticises both Jonson and Shakespeare by saying for Shakespeare: " has the most comprehensible soul",when compared to Shakespeare,Jonson is"the most learned and judicious writer which any theatre ever had"and Jonson is also :" the more correct poet but the greater wit"

I dunno if it will help u.
