Plain low fat yoghurt with bits of burnt toast inside (added by me - they don't sell yoghurt like that... unfortunately!)

woah! that sounds really good! I'll have to try it! I love burnt toast.

I make my own flavoured yoghurt too with fresh grated garlic, crushed black pepper, and cucumber but it's only ten am, a little too early for that so I'm sticking with my usual am treat, COFFEE.

I am having sweet rice called "zardah" in local tongue.
I sang of leaves, of leaves of gold, and leaves of gold there grew.

It is really tasty. Just don't let the toast bits to remain in yoghurt for too long as they get soggy very easily (I like it when it is crunchy).

Mmm I love LemonZest Luna bars! Wasa or Ryvita breads (I get the hearty rye ones usually) taste like, look like, and are as hard as treebark that's why they're so great with hummous or salsa or something.

I'm eating greek salad right now with my usual drink, water with lemon.

I'll eat any flavor of wasa bread, I like them all. I often eat them with cottage cheese with a little dill and celery seed sprinkled on them. It's one of my favorite snacks when I'm being careful about my calorie intake, which I only do spurts.

Now I'm eating a Hardees Frisco breakfast sandwhich and a coke...guess I'm not in one of those calorie conscious spurts at the moment.
