As in Kindle Paperwhite. Does anyone have one? I have a second generation Kindle that works perfectly fine. I hear good things about the paperwhite and have been tempted to upgrade. Is it worth it?

I thought you meant the flower bulb. I used to receive them as Christmas gifts, but I never could get the damn things to bloom.
I've gotten them to bloom by putting them in a bright room and ignoring them.

I've been looking into it because I plan to get one myself papayahed. The Kindle 'Paperwhite' is definitely the one to go for.
I have one. It was a gift. If I had been shopping for myself I would have purchased the cheaper one, but now that I have this one, I like it. I had the basic no-frills kindle for the longest time, and after a while it broke, probably because I dropped it and then I went without for a long time. I have an Ipad (the first one they came out with) and I thought I would just read books on it since I broke my 1st Kindle, but somehow, I didn't like the Ipad as much for reading because I was so accustomed to the Kindle. And so my birthday came, and I got a new Paperwhite. This time, I spent money on a protective case though. I like the fact that you can adjust the lighting on it. At first it was kind of weird to me, but it's fine now. So, I don't think my post here helped at all - I guess the only difference that I can speak of is the lighting on it. It has been a while since I broke my first kindle so it's hard for me to give a could compare/contrast post.

Thanks Michael and Shalot (How have you guys been???).
