The Haunted House of Hudson (short story)

A short story I wrote for my school's literary magazine. Also it's pretty much the first short story I've ever written.

    It's good and interesting...
isn't it a lot like 'Phsyco,' though?

Yeah, it is. I thought about that as I was writing it, but I thought, "eh, whatever." I just like the idea of a really twisted "happy ending."

I agree your style of writting is very good. It sort of remids me of Anne Rice and her vampire chronicles crossed with Edgar Allen Poe. That was a very good story, it kinda went fast and there was no....suspension, a build up to the climax of the story. But other then that and other smaller details, I really enjoyed it.

Yeah, I could have made it something like 8-10 pages but it was written for my school's literary magazine and I couldn't make it too long so there wasn't much room to build up to the end. Thanks for your comments.
