Please Help Me - Couple of questions

Hi,

I have to complete this essay on Romeo & Juliet for Wednesday and have a few of questions I need to ask about it.
Please don't laugh because I find Shakespeare really hard to read and find it very confusing. Please help me.

The questions are for Act 1 - Scene 1
1. What is the feud between the two families about?
2. How does the fight start?
3. Which characters are the most aggresive?
4. Which characters keep the peace?
5. Why does Benvolio call the fighting men 'fools'? What is Shakespeare's message to the audience?
