Wink Satire in The Canterbury Tale

I am writing a Term Paper on satire in The Canterbury Tale. I will gladly take any suggestions. If possible, can you tell me where to find satire in the tale, or where I could get more info on this subject. thanks in advance!

As you probably know, there's satire all through the book. It was incredibly popular at the time...the old class and feudal systems were still in place in Britain, but barriers were starting to fall, especially between the nobility and merchant class. As a result, people started to mock their superiors and this came across in literature as satire.

I suppose the most obvious example is in the General Prologue...where he sets up each character, and satirizes the stereotypes.

This isn't at all detailed or explanatory, but it might help start you off
