That's great! Having a party together is not a bad idea!

Any idea which other threads on litnet have touched the 1000 mark?
    Congrats all!

Not really, but we are counting in the D.H.Lawrence thread, just by the posts and we are nearly up to another milestone - heading towards 4000 posts and in that discussion thread, we don't write a few lines; so it does count for more.

Funny I noticed the 1000 mark. I am usually oblivious with my head in the clouds. Yes, we will have a nice party on a moonbeam. What do you think, maz?

PS: my last Haiku is on the previous page - 1000.

Thank you for the 'moonbeam' idea, Janine. And congrats to all for 1000 memorable posts. I wrote haikus a lot last summer and fall, but fell of the wagon, so to speak, when I got busy with school. It's nice to be back.

    There is no end near
    to the darkness that prevades
    far beyond the light

Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing, doubting, dreaming dreams no mortal ever dared to dream before. ~ Edgar Allan Poe

Sullied by the wind and rain
    Please bury me now.
