The final Beethoven piano sonata. It's rather a trip; I should probably be paying closer attention...
The book itself is a curious artifact, not showy in its technology but complex and extremely efficient: a really neat little device, compact, often very pleasant to look at and handle, that can last decades, even centuries. It doesn't have to be plugged in, activated, or performed by a machine; all it needs is light, a human eye, and a human mind. It is not one of a kind, and it is not ephemeral. It lasts. It is reliable.
    --Ursula K. Le Guin

I knowwwwww! My friend told me about that one and from the sounds of it, it looks like I would enjoy it very much! Organs!!!!! I wrote it down on a piece of paper and I want to hear it someday. I haven't done much searching for it, though. I think I'll try YouTube next...

Excellent song! Still not as good as "Prepare Ye the Way of the Lord"! That is the kind of song I wish would go on forever! Just way too short!

I am a piano playing girl, and yet I feel compelled to learn even a part of this gem.... very moving indeed. At the very least, the fingers would get such a workout that anything else I chose to play would seem easy? Ha ha!

Right now I am listening something probably on the opposite side of the coin.... Survivalism ... NIN *sigh*

    but YAY!
