hello everyone ,

i am an English major and American studies minor student at university of Bahrain....oh many of you probably dont know anything about my small island...
hmm..its a small island in the persian gulf ...
i am sure i would have fun with you guys and i am looking forward to exchange knowledge with ya...

hii Koa...hmmm the life in my country is lovely ...i would not wish to live in another country...but i dont like it in summer cuz it becomes very hot indeed....but in winter its cool and we camp..nice meeting you guys

Welcome. The English Major sounds great. I am studying at uni however my majors are finance. I have taken some electives in Literature and really enjoyed reading some of the texts.

,,yep i do like my major..also my minor is interestion, which is American studies.....it allows us to see unusal things in our country...like the nuclear-powered aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) in the waters of the Gulf....it was a nice experience

Welcome to the forum, arabian night. I, too, consider myself to double-major/minor in English literature and creative writing, but, with the element of applied science obsession, I also have a main major in nursing. Like you, from what it sounds, we all share the great passion for good reading.
