ok have any of you people took time to consider this work in its true meaning??? well first off, if you dont want the ending ruined stop reading. but if you don't want to waste your time by reading this and want to know the whole point of the book, please continue. ok so siddhartha starts his journey in order to find his own personal nirvana. this is all well and good. then he begins to follow other people trying to find himself. well as we all know he eventually obtains nirvana. well once he obtains it, he basically says "hey! i couldn;t find nirvana by following other people and studying them. i had to find it for myself!!!" well that all well and good too, but here's the catch: why in the world did you just read this book in order to learn about nirvana when siddhartha just poops in your face and says "whoops! guess i was wrong. go find your own way to nirvana." ok i feel better getting that off my chest....
