Cool ! I attended the World's Fair in '62 on those grounds with my parents. I consider Seattle my home town, although I wasn't born there and only lived there from '54 - '62.

Went to some links re: Ferdinand Cheval... nothing outstanding, but interesting that he influenced Picasso, Max Ernst, and others...

Loved Goethe's home (my German nowhere up to speed however)... mixture of furnishings with utility and opulence.

re: Tks. His palace has something spooky like a witch palace.
re: Very, very sorry. Didn´t find a video on the house with captions or without narrative!
re: Impressive. I like specially the attention given to daylight illumination.

From one market to another: Marché du Midi in Brussels. Every Sunday, this is the place where fish traders from Ostend are selling shrimps next to men from the south selling oranges... Where Eurocrats come to find a specific ingredient they can not find anywhere else, and mingle with mothers of large families who come shopping for the week.

In the back is the lower part of Tour du Midi, long time the talest tower in Brussels. Behind is Gare du Midi, from where the Eurostars and TGV's leave for London, Paris, Lyon, ...

    Welcome Francis Meadows !

    KLIA - impressive... https://www.google.com/search?q=KLIA..._AUoAnoECA4QBA

Leadenhall Market - Sort of an enclosed mall & bazaar all-in-one; pre-dating Columbus' accidental bump into the West Indies.

Marché du Midi - Interesting mix of rectangular prisms and outdoor markets.

The Brussels Markets remind me very much of the Brazilian Markets. The products are a bit different, maybe.

Nakagin Capsule Tower - A very original building, but I wouldn´t like to live in that kind of cabins. I love some room and a big window.
