sing soft simmer
to sail a vessel
white puffed wings afloat
fire foggy bank
painter
the day is breaking
dawn lights midnight sleeping skies
servant
brickhouse - commodores [yeah, i know it's pretty old]
believing the light
looking forward to dawn
these few words speak loud
in the midst of silence heard
not once did one see
dead starlight guides me
invisible bright pathway
i hear it cry
whispering tale soon lost
found near the sun set
congrats 5th...your poem is so very beautiful
thank you, PL for your time, efforts and comments...very much appreciated!
to savour rainbows
momentary existence
stop time from moving
your kiss
upon morning
brings wet dew to nourish
all that is and ever will be
your touch
in rut
we find the pure
covered in ignorance
filled with lasting hungar unknown
till then
there's always time and not enough....
the quiet morning looms large
approaching the front gate of labor
early the light stirs commencing the day
dressed in robes rich in color
silently...
rock the eighty-eights
because tomorrow it's gone
morning comes too soon
your eyes
reflect the breathe
a thousand days exist
bear the weight of secrets untold
your lips
if there was no God it would be a very dark place
foolish vanity
offers momentary rest
the seeing mirror
shall rest
amongst the fields
where green grasses grow tall
hiding hidden far from those eyes
that see
tsunamis are born
with just a drop of water
releasing power
and talk
hearing nothing
but notes of loving care
reminding each other of times
yet known
possess great power
in the tip of his finger
he brings light to life
people singing praise
arrive to participate
another new birth
oh dear...
our ears
attached liked twins
hear sounds of love approach
sensitive and alluring wait
to kiss
