I thought Walden was so inspiring..Thoreau speaks of such a gentle time..He had no need for things to be happy.

The sun shines in a purple haze
Up on my once beautiful face. Dreams lay
Dead, my glazed eyes lost in a maze
The sunset will comfort me at the close of day.
Love is pain, love is splendour in...
The weeping clouds drip tears of pain
Into my painful eyes
Waves lash against me angry insane
The anguish of the future hears my cries.
A grey November shroud envelops me
Shingles roar so...
