Dafydd bach,
I'm afraid that although I said German compound nouns were OK I have no way of verifying this one and if the gap is not a typo then it's 2 words so I'm afraid it has to be disqualified :D
Daniel, good one.

Curses! Sulks Quietly (well, noisily, then!) Oddly enough, it isn't a typo, I've just tried to edit it, and no matter what I do, it puts that gap in. A Pox upon't! It actually is a genuine word, meaning Military vehicle servicing section, and it used to be proudly emblazoned above the relevant door at RAF Gatow, Berlin, in the 70s and 80s.
Is that enough of a grovel, are you going to risk a grown man crying?
Right! You asked for it!
Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwrndrobwllllantisiliog ogogoch!
A poetic little village! (Actually, it's a touristy dump, but don't tell anyone!)
Antidisestablishmentarianism it is at least English :D
Floccinaucinihilipilification
Now that's worthless :D
Et tu Brute!!! I know, I couldn't resist it.
One word that I really do find poetic, on a serious note.
Jacaranda
This one always makes me think of Tom Sharp. Have you read Riotus Assembly?
Schentectady.
I don't know why, but that has always struck me as am emotionally complex placename.
