That is no way to live ktd! Even when dieting we need fuel to live, why don't you at least try some low cal foods? Veggies, fruits, and most beans are very diet-safe.

it is 116 degrees farenheit today. i'm attempting to improve my internal temperature with some iced herbal tea and chilled red pepper.

Dont ask me what I am eating...I cooked this thing and it has a lot of salt and I dont know why I used so many chillies :rolleyes: and I dont even know why I am eating it :rolleyes: I guess since I cooked it, I cant say its not so good....
It made me cry too, I had to cut onions for it...:bawling:
