Some of the threads you people have around here kill me :) ... But, I guess it is one way that I can reach the 50 posts I need to be considered a fully fledged member of the site...
Right now:
Swervedriver ~ "Duress"
Somewhere I Belong - Linkin Park
Hey Joe ... Jimmy Hendrix
KT Tunstal - Suddenly i see
Stuck - Stacie Orrico
Who Taught You To Live Like That ... Sloan
Make It Wit Chu ~ Queens of the Stone Age...I just got their new album and a couple of tickets to see them at the end of July so I think I'm going to be listening to a lot of Queens in the coming weeks. :thumbs_up
Lisa Gerard's new album -- The Silver Tree
(it is a double LP, and I have been flipping the sides all evening, so I am dizzy on the individual titles of songs, but it is - as usual with Gerard - a very soothing and beautiful album)
Reading back over some of the pages in this thread, it becomes very clear that you are completely ape about this band. I have managed to never actually hear any of their records (actually, I think some of the members are involved in the Desert Sessions, some of which I do own and like), although I think they would be right up my alley. Could you recommend 1 or 2 releases to break the ice with them?Quote:

For the other one it's a toss up between No One Knows and The Lost Art of Keeping A Secret...and there I just snuck in a 3rd song. :D I'll be curious to hear what you think of them.
