Ja, as you know by now the forum quiz area got borked during the forum software upgrade. Hopefully our wise and benevolent dictator Admin will have them back up and running very soon. In the meantime you can post them in the writers lounge area, or, just wait to submit them when it's possible again. Yes indeed a conspiracy to make people get hooked into spending more time around here, with all the new shiny buttons and new things to play with. heh heh..

I have to stay there compulsorily because of many school notifications often posted via Facebook, though I must admit it can be disgusting at times. Some people love the versatility of the place in that it allows to post all sorts of garbage, and I know quite a few who are truly fond of posting garbage anywhere they can. Seems they have nothing urgent to do with their lives. Sometimes I have to take my time and browse the page all the way down the bottom just to find something really interesting to see or read

Sorry to hear about the mental-health issues with your family, Silent. We’ve been relatively lucky here, although my grandmother had her moments. She was bi-polar (manic-depressive back then, I’m sure you know). I was just a little kid, but I remember that her depressive episodes were frightening and her manic episodes were a run-and-take-cover event for us whippersnappers.
