Merry Christmas Three Sparrows
(from stamp collection)
Nice to see you back and thanks for the well wishes.

Belated Merry Christmas and happy new year.
Merry Christmas 3sparrow!
Hello Three Sparrows,
Hope all is well.
I wanted to let you know that I finished Solzhenitsyn (gosh, that name is difficult to type) and I am nearly finished with Conrad. It is difficult to find appreciable amounts of time to read.
I'm slowly making my way through Conrad and Solzhenitsyn. Work consumes so much time, but I am just past the halfway point in both. I find the two books an interesting juxtapostion; one that anticipates revolution and the other focusing on the human suffering as a result of that eventual revolution.
It worked !
I now see your comments.
Trust me, I am quite the green horn when it comes to modern techn gadgets.
I finished Dostoevsky for the time being and I am now reading Conrad's- "Under Western Eyes" and Solzhenitsyn's "One Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich"
Stopping by to say hello.
I believe I know why your comments aren't showing up at my end.

Hm, I guess I'm not quite sure how the comments work, I will have to look into that. Thanks for pointing that out.
Anyway, I think you will have a lot of fun reading Dostoevsky, he is my favorite author and I have read all his books but one. Unfortunately, the thing with to read lists is that they always tend to get longer instead of shorter.
