Hey there Walker! long time no talk! Yes, I'm feeling the cold till it heats up. It was fifteen yesterday morning and went up to fifty something. It's ridiculous.
Well, I guess busy and stressful are better than bored and unproductive! Idle hands are devils handiwork!
I wish my lack of writing was due to business.
Do you have any holidays coming up that would give you a break from school? They always helped me out. What is your test about?
Oh, I started working for a hunting dog trainer a few weeks ago, so I help her out a few hours a day. Other than that, keeping myself out of trouble!
Hope your end of the semester goes well, and as always it was nice to hear from you!

    Take care!

I'm never sure if I should post poems on the boards any more. I would like your thoughts on my poem that I entered in the Autumn Poetry contest. I posted it in as a blog, here: http://www.online-literature.com/forums/blog.php?b=9173.

Psh. you never have to apologize for a delay! Homework comes first, then Litnet. (I could probably start using my own advice, though! ) I've never been a fan of homework myself, so you have my full sympathies! No kidding! this year has definitely screamed by! I must admit though, the holiday season is so commercialized any more I find it hard to get excited about it. At least I get to see my family though. My extended family only gets together twice a year.
Yep! auto mechanics. I still enjoy taking things apart, and the process of trying to put them together! The class I'm in is only two weeks long, and I'm glad! It was a lot more difficult than I anticipated. It deals a lot with electricity, which I don't completely understand. Other than that, not much else is new! It snowed last week, and it was almost seventy degrees today. Welcome to the wacky Colorado weather.

Hope to hear from you soon and let me know how school and life are going!
    Toodleoo!

Life is good. Had a little setback on something, but it's only a delay of a few months, not the end of the world. When it comes about I'll let everyone know what I'm talking about. Have fun in school. Are you taking any interesting courses?

How are you doing? Busy with school?

I posted some pictures in my blog: http://www.online-literature.com/forums/blog.php?b=9046. I think I prefer to post them here than on the main boards. Check it out if you don't mind.

Oh, I'm doing pretty good. I was out of town for the last week helping a friend of mine stain his log cabin up in the mountains racing the bad weather. This weekend I drove a few hours south of there to visit my friend Kevin, aka kevinthediltz, then I drove back up north to North Park and worked for another day. I left there and now I am back home in Fort Collins for the time being! I am going back to school for auto mechanics tomorrow evening, and that will last for two weeks or so. After that, I will be looking for things to do and trying to stay out of trouble!

I don't know how much I'll be on this month because my life is so sporadic but I'll be in every day I can!

Third week already? Good grief this year has flown by. I just saw my first snow of the year last week, and it was still in the high 80's (F) two weeks ago!
Another four or five years of school . . . blech! I guess it'll be worth the time when you get done though! And hopefully you will have a better idea of what you'll be doing then! What kind of classes are you in right now, and how long are they?

Scared

by The Walker on 07-13-2009 at 11:24 PM
Walking around a crowd
I tilt my head
wondering what you have to say.

"Don't you know enough about me
as to be scared?"
You said.
I laughed because I was not.
I didn't know you enough.

"Iīm scare"
Now I say,
For I had known
The dark side of your soul.

No Fanny Price

by The Walker on 07-02-2009 at 07:54 PM
He turned out to be a Henry Crawford.
The problem is I'm no Fanny Price.
I felt at his persistent charm
and got a disillusioned heart.
Gladly the pain came in good time
to cover up this heart of mine.

what I had in mind last night

by The Walker on 06-22-2009 at 11:19 AM
7:45 a.m. the beep of my cell phone pulled me out of my unconscious, sweet state. Yeah, that is not a good way to wake up. Why canít I wake up with the morning light of the sun and the soft birdsí noises? The truth is that itís my own fault. Last night, on my bed, I couldnít quit my reading. Every chapter made me long for another one and the opening words of the first new paragraph got me completely unwilling to close the book. I looked the time on my cell phone screen (I do have a clock in my

Not completely clear

by The Walker on 06-15-2009 at 11:44 PM
Everything was payed back to him this time. The fears I had last time had a name and I had given them a place; so I could enjoy his company as a friend.

You know? people surprise you. The creativeness of the human mind has no boundaries, but I love it when it comes inspired by love. Whe it comes with no reason and waits nothing in return.

Now I sit in here wondering what does it mean. Yes, he knows my name and the expressions of my face.
My paths were narrow

- She the east; He the west -

by The Walker on 05-30-2009 at 04:26 PM
She was the east; he was the west.
Both walked toward a different place.

This brought to her, pain and regret.
Decided, she abandoned his sunset,
And walked east at her own pace.

With no clue and a little late,
He turned to her
Wanting to make her east his place.

But still
She was the east and he was the west.
There was no way to change
Their predestinated place.

Burning in love,
