Happy Birthday, lupe!
Happy birthday! (Saw at the bottom that it's your day...)
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, LUPE! I hope you have a fantastic day!
did the book win? it was good, because it so was helping me in the analysis
Hi So, I read the book right now and it was needing the help of someone who had already read it, with whom in the reading and analysis of books and what had more experience of life than I. And I have to do that: I have to read the book, then I have to do his small summary, you punish with the aspect more important, I have to do a characterization of each character (the important ones) and then to analyse the work in several aspects. Can you help me?
Hey Lupe! Are you Jamaican? Or from the West Indies?
was you that answer to my post? it is the Portuguese girl who needs help for the analysis of the book of Turgenev xD
Hey lupe happy to find a fellow Beatnik on here---there are a lot of Kerouac haters here---they just don't understand him, shutting their eyes to his shine and brilliance. I've been doing my part but they still don't listen to me or read him, and play back all the stale claims about his writing. Anyway, I don't even think Kerouac lasted that long at Columbia...he never had it in his heart to go to college. He took a couple classes at the New School in NYC only because he qualified for some GI Bill money. Here's what he said about having to go to class: I may be losing my school money for negligence. I'm always negligent about silly formalities---why don't the just give me my subsistence allowance, I've got nothing to learn in school, esp that pale school (New School). Kerouac was there that night in SF, though he didn't read. These are beat times (I use it in the sense of your latter definition ) Anyway, looking forward to the Beat Gen group.
Oh i'm sorry to hear that
