So not sure if you are active on here anymore, but I just started posting again and being involved in the forum... and thought of you. Wanted to say hi

Hope you're doing well.I'm not doing very well myself but I struggle to stay calm.

Have posted a few pictures with me - in 2007 and 2010 ( made yesterday -looking a bit awful after all my health problems).

I have been very very ill.I have cervical spondylosis and have felt exetremely bad last week due to enormous work and pressure and I was sent to a hospital. Due to our bad medical system the medics prescribed me medicines that contained codeine and cafeine and I felt like I was going to die this week . I had some panic fits (panic attacks) and feel very scared.
