Hi Jikan... google pictures of Lorca... they could have been twins LOL. It looked like the unified heart was part of the bardot pic. It's hard to tell in such a small format but... still, I love that your avatar obviously means a lot to you... and it's very "telly" LOL

Hi Jikan, thanks for the friendship request. Your avatar is really great. The little bird from Cohen's Book of Longing (one of my all time favorites) and pretty sure that's Lorca, Paris... the city I hope to some day live in, I think that's Bridgette Bardot, obviously a heated rose, now, if I could tie in the angel and the Greek (?) painting...

no, I can't draw at all. I just found it on the Internet, I love drawings like that and this one just seemed perfect for me. I wish I could draw though.

I'm in a somewhat elated state, having just returned from a visit with one of my sons & his lovely family. I'm reading - with GREAT pleasure Home, by Marilynne Robinson. And you? What are you reading?

I'm doing great! The Prairie Winter is slowly receding, which has its good and bads. I love Winter for many reasons, but I'm ready for Spring now.
Nothing is really new, same old same old; but that's ok.
The beach that I am searching for little stones-with-holes is in the North of my province. I collect these stones and then make pendants out of them -- just something I do.
