    Oh I'm so glad you're feeling better. Yes I have felt that way. Probably happens more at your age, since you are experiencing so many things for the first time and feeling the pressure of new responsiblities. Plus at your age the hormones are so much more active. I am glad I helped. Take care.

    thanks for the support, Mary! (at the thread on success ..) yeah, I left a job for a business. credit isn't all for me ... my associates (two guys) began the job; they're trusting me to take the commercial part of the .. about to become an actual -- business. I've worked with publishing before, so, I'm at home! but I can't help saying it looks like a bit foolish, and that I'm scared. I took the chance, though, as one "last chance to do" such a thing: I live at my father's, I'm not married, I have no kids. I could take the risk, even not actually knowing where it's leading me ... well, take it or loose it, in Brasil we have a saying: "quem não arrisca, não petisca", which means about: a man who doesn't take risks, can't have access to success. so, it was the time. lets see if I'm .. "lucky". (or, say .. professional.)

    I hope you're feeling better. At a mnimum try to get outside at some point in the day and get a burst of that wonderful Greek sunshine. The lack of sun, especially in the winter, can cause lots to feel depressed. And women may be more susceptable to it. I have a friend at work who does and she tried to get some sort of special desk lamp that's supposed to simulate the sun. I don't know if it helps but i bet the real thing would work wonders.

    No, I haven't started yet, but it'll help for sure! ... I'm in crazy days at the office, we still don't have internet there, so I can only access at home. When I have access there, I'll may work easier in the texts you sent. I haven't touched them. I have to save them somewhere easy to read, and have the book at my side ... I still have to get a ... table (not exactly a desk ... I'll work on our meeting table! (one like in a bar I'll almost feel like in the Counter! haha!))

love is like a flower; it needs warmth and light as well as some space and care in order to grow. if you take care of it it grows and blossoms and you can taste its scent and touch its velvet surface and look at its bright colours. if you don't, it dies. and of course a flower has no meaning either if you don't give it to someone or have it growing next to another one. flowers are delicate. and so is love.

life is not easy. it has never been, and it will never be. there might be some people whose lives seem perfect, but yet, luck does not always smile on them.

i love water. i like it so much. i use to say that whoever 'invented' it must have been really clever apart from enjoying bathing in the sea and drinking excessive proportions of water(yeah, sorry about that, i know there is not much left on the planet- i think YOU should drink less, for i just can't), i love the rain.
