Hi there! I liked your post about the ultimate Bronte heroine. Bronte was brilliant in whatever she wrote (except some parts of Shirley perhaps) and she was so much ahead of her era in her views and feelings about what a woman is or should be. Did you know that in a letter to Gaskell she asked her, if she (Gaskell), who had such a large family and was also a writer, could find the time to be the woman of herself?
