Thanks, Jozanny, for the recommendation. I finished it about a week ago and I can see why people like him. I also read Grendal.
What do you think of the writer, Shirley Jackson?
Fantastic that you utilize a quote by Giordano Bruno. I wish there were more translations of his works in English [although my Italian is alright it's not good enough for poetry or philosophy].
Nice to see you posting, Jozanny!
Happy New Year, Jozanny. Hope all is well with you.
Do my eyes deceive me? Jozy online? How are you doing? Good, I hope

Is that Shriver as in We need to talk about Kevin? That book really messed with my head.
Obnoxiously confident is probably helpful for a writer, though I wonder if any writer is ever really satisfied with their work, or isn't internally crushed by insecurity 90% of the time. Anyway, that universe is still there, maybe you've just forgotten how to get there. I forget stuff all the time. Sign of old age
There's an interview with David Mitchell on the Guardian site which makes an interesting read, if you're interested: http://www.guardian.co.uk/lifeandsty...once-upon-life
I was listening to NPR today and heard this. I thought you might enjoy it.
