For me it mostly is. 99% of the contractors are gone.

I know that the costochondritis is the inflammation of the rib cage. I found it out while searching online (mainly because I was thinking it was something else and I wanted to see how to take care of it and then that popped up). Then when I went to the doctor she eventually said that it was that. No, I have neuralgia or neuritis or whatever it is called (I sometimes get it mixed up - after awhile I lose track of my ailments) in so many different places. It is so tiresome.

I am such a basket case.

So, what is with the shoulder then? How long do they think it will take for your back to heal, considering that they are thinking about that injection? I am just wondering because of how long that will have to go on with the shoulder before they could really help with that.

Wouldn't it feel great to just feel good for one day???

No, it is that costochondritis (I think that is how it is spelled). But I have neuralgia. Of course I do. That makes for quite a bit of my misery, but not as miserable as this.


By the way, what did they say was exactly wrong with your back? Was it like a major strain or something?

Yes, mother. That is probably true about my throat, but this in my ribs is along the side and goes to the front, lower part of the ribs, and it is a b----! If it doesn't lighten up by then I will think that either this was a "sign" that for whatever reason I shouldn't be in that show (i.e. not wanting to see certain people who may pop up, the freaky ride through the country to get home at night, et.c.), OR it is just my bad luck!

A week off and sleeping meds. Lucky you! Too bad you had to get into the situation that you are in to get these things, though, huh?

Guess what? My ribs are starting again. I don't know what I did. It had to have happened last night. So this is really going to interfere with later this week. I don't know what to do. Now I have been considering contacting the opera in case I am unable to make that on Thursday. I couldn't believe it when I woke up this morning. Honestly, the medication isn't overly helpful either. It seems to be a waiting game with them for them to get better.

I called my brother right away to get it over with. He said "Well, I didn't think a call like that would be over an hour long". So I warned him about next week.
