aww thanks! I thinks its great you are enjoying the classes. I've always wanted to get it done and was considering classes about seven years ago but i'm lazy and never did. Keep it up! The personal reward at the end should be enlightening!

That should be better. Recommendation, well, there is a good book called Powers Within, a collection of excerpts from the writings of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother (Mira Alfassa). This book really had a beneifical impact on me. Thank you also for complimenting my poem. See you
