Claes, Better keep the boring aircraft talk between us here. First, thanks for sharing the great photos at the museum. My father logged a handful of "joy ride" hours in a P-51 that sat idle for the most part at one of the airfields he was stationed at in the Pacific. I believe I already mentioned his business plane was a P-38 Lightning. He also flew a little in a Bell P-39 Aircobra. Question: Is that a B-17 I see behind the Spitfire? Gilliatt
I missed this avatar changing weekend also, just noticed that almost everybody changed avatar, you also and was wondering why. Now I know. Thank you. So you were away from home, did you take any pictures? If yes can`t wait to see them.
Claes, you changed your avatar as well. Nice. Is it some new fashion? :-)
I agree. I love some of your pictures - I think you are and artistic person.
Thank you Glaes! I was just thinking about befriending you.
Hey Claes! The Stolen Child is the name of the poem by Yeats. It was turned into a song years ago with one or two of his other poems. There are a couple of famous versions, one by Loreena McKennitt and one by the waterboys. Maybe what you heard was one of those two? Loreena McKennitt is a great version. Niamh
