I like rice milk, because cow milk thickens up the coffee too much. Unbleached sugar. I only drink espresso now, everything else seems like baby coffee.

To the question regarding steeping tea, I let my tea bags usually steep 3-5 minutes and immediately take it out. If I leave it in, it becomes far too strong and bitter, no matter the milk, honey, or sugar you dump in it.
Hot cappuccino with cream; brown sugar and potato veggies to eat along. I don't imbibe tea and coffee alone.
