I've been drinking more coffee lately too, with school being all crazy. It's been 2 or 3 cups a day for me (except when I had that paper to write...then it was a pot at a time).
Thankyou both for posting. I do love the smell of coffee, especially first thing upon wakening, and I don't mind a nice cup with real dairy cream once in a while. But I feel so truly sick and full of heartburn about a half hour after, and the pain lasts for hours, so for me it is not much of an everyday thing. And honestly I HATE the smell of people's breath after a cup!

I am addicted to Panera's iced green tea and to any Starbucks' coffee confection. I have to admit, I'm not a fan of "plain" coffee. It has to be "dressed up" some way with chocolate or raspberries or vanilla.
Yes, Miss Scarlett, I am sort of the same, unless the plain coffee is fresh ground and brewed and terribly yummy. I always end up drinking Earl Grey tea at Starbucks, because honestly I find their coffee so strong it makes me feel instantly sick to my stomach, sort of like I can feel hundreds of millions of gallons of acid churning down there.
I had Starbucks' hot green tea the other day, Eugenie, and I felt the same way. Their coffee is very strong as well. Very. I can only drink the ones with a lot of milk in them or I get sick, too. It's too bad because they are good, just so very strong. I'll probably get a Panera iced green tea on Tuesday night. I'd love to try one of their mochas, but I'm never hungry enough. They are an entire dessert in themselves!
