Can you recommend one?

I'm looking for a book that details the process like how a baker writes his recipe of the best chocolate cake. I'm tired of buying and reading useless stuff that teach about inner voice, active thoughts, suspending time, expanding universe, etc. There must be a book out there that treats short story writing as if it's design, engineering or chemistry. Thanks.
