Peace be on you.
The major purpose of coming of Prophets is that people recognize God and make their lives virtuous and avoid sins. Their aim is to repair the lost relation between humanity and God. Through them, signs of God are shown. Their prayers are answered miraculously. Spirituality becomes live and Unity of God is established by them.

The Promised Reformer of this era, Hazrat Promised Messiah Mahdi (on whom be peace) said that he has been sent by Allah the Exalted in this era as His Messenger. His words should be listened as there is blessing in these. The success of this Movement is among one of destinies of Him. Now the survival of humanity is in its acceptance.

Following are some events from the life of Ahmadiyya Muslim Promised Messiah Mahdi (on whom be peace) – the ardent devotee of Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be on him).

= There was a Lord / Nawab Ali Muhammad (he was Nawab of Ghajer but lived in Ludhiana, India…these matters were of around 1884). He had sincere faith in Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) and he often would write Huzur (a.s.) letters for prayers. Once he suffered financial troubles , he wrote a prayer request letter to Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) that some of his financial matters were closed. When Huzur (a.s.) prayed he was revealed:
Translation: “ (these) will be opened”
Huzur (a.s.) notified him through letter about this. After two or four day, his means of income were revived. The man progressed in his faith a lot.

= The same Nawab, at other occasion wrote a letter to Huzur (a.s.) about his confidential matters. The instant, he posted the letter, Huzur (a.s.) was revealed that letter from him of such subject is about to come. Upon this, Huzur (a.s.) immediately wrote him what he was going to send. He was surprised how such unknown was made known. He was enormously increased in love and respect for Huzur (a.s.). He wrote both these signs in a diary and always kept it with him.

= Holy Prophet Muhammad (p.b.u.h.) foretold that Promised Messiah (a.s.) would come covered in two yellow sheet. According to this metaphoric news (yellow colour seen in dream or vision implies disease), Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) had two ailments; headache and diabetes.

Once he was very concerned that these severe headaches might result in fatal epilepsy as his elder brother passed away like this. He continued to pray to Allah the Exalted. In a vision, he was shown a black four legged animal with claws who was about to attack him. It was put in his heart that it was the epilepsy [metaphor]. He hit his hand at creature’s chest and said,

Transaltion: Go away, you have no share in me.
After this spiritual event, he headaches etc ended. Only rare dizziness remained for the sake of prophesy.

At another time, Huzur (a.s.) was concerned that diabetic may result in eye disease or carbuncle. He was immediately revealed:
Translation: Mercy has been descended on three organs: eye and two other organs.

And when reflection of carbuncle came to him, he was revealed:
Translation: May peace be upon you.

Huzur (peace be on him) mentioned he was saved from these ailments.

= When Allah do not accept a prayer, He accepts another prayer for it. Once Huzur (a.s.) prayed for the health of a companion Molvi Abdul Karim sahib but revelations were not assuring and the companion passed away. Allah did not overlook the pain and anguish of Promised Messiah (a.s.) which he bore in prayers. Another companion Abdur Rahim sahib, who fell ill with same disease, was cured following Huzur (a.s.)’s prayers.

= For latter days, Holy Quran has mentioned specific signs, some are:
Translation Chapter 81, verses 2-11
When the sun is wrapped up,

And when the stars are obscured,

And when the mountain are made to move,

And when the she-cammel, ten months pregnant, are abandoned,

And when the beats are gathered together,

And when the girl-child buried alive is questioned about,

‘For what crime she killed?’

And when books are spread abroad,

Hazrat Promised Messiah (a.s.) said people travelled on camel-back during Hajj but soon it will be replaced by the railways.

Though new modes of transportations have emerged and camels are not in general use for this purpose.

Yet, there was no railways in Saudi Arabia. However a superfast railway project is underway which is expected to be completed in 2015.

Sometimes words of a Prophet take time to materialize but they do surely.
