I do thank you sir Virgil, for your concern. I have to say, we have been fortunate to not bee hit by the floods. We did get quite a bit of rains, but it mostly hit the Eastern area of Melbourne, so we are safe. (Thank God) Australia's weather has gone nuts. Ah well, that's life I guess.
