  1. Thanks for the birthday thread!
Don't worry about Facebook. I've got your email, and yes, we've still got the forum.
  2. Hi! My Facebook account got hacked. When I tried to regain access with a new password, Facebook kept sending me back to the same page. I never got access. I'm fed up and decided to hell with Facebook. You have my email address, and you can always contact me here too. The Emma page I started on Facebook...I assume that will remain. However, if I stop visiting it, which I will because I can't access my account--there is a possibility that Facebook might get rid of it in the future. However, one of you can start one--and I suppose you still have the forum.
  3. I started a birthday thread for you in General Chat.
  4. I'm glad to know you got the message. I was going to write to make sure you did. Some of my messages on gmail have bounced back, which is the only reason why I was concerned. Otherwise, I assume people are busy like me.
  5. And now it's my turn to say that I'm not ignoring you and will write soon. Just rather busy right now. I hope you're doing well.
  6. Thanks for letting me know. Don't feel at all pressured to write until/unless you have the time and inclination. It sounds like you're enjoying your new activities. Good luck with reorganizing your schedule!
  7. Hi! Just wanted to let you know I am not ignoring you. I do intend to write you. I've been invited to join a church group, and so I am reorganizing my schedule yet again. Actually, I am also involved in another new group that makes Tombraider video games. So I'm sorting everything out at the moment. But will write and continue our interesting conversations when I manage my time more efficiently.
  8. I just managed to whittle that PM down to one character less than the limit!
  9. Good for you! My friends are concerned that I won't learn to drive until I'm 92, but I have the Penelope-type excuse that I have so many books to read before I get around to the measly driver's manual. Like you, it's not something I'm fascinated or thrilled by, but it's practical. I'm sure you'll be a good driver!
  10. I'm learning to drive on my mom's eleven year old stick shift also. Actually, I'm resuming my driving lessons after a five year lapse. I'm surprised it was like riding a bike, and I am doing very well. I don't know if I'll ever like driving, but it is just practical where I live.
