Sorry you're still not doing well enough I hope you get better very soon. I don't know if you can, but maybe you should consider taking a leave from work. Probably more rest may help. I still haven't found a job, but I'm still looking. Except for that, I guess I'm well.

You don't look awful at all. You are just having a bad time, and that's it. I'm too having a bad time myself, but I want to believe we'll both be better after a while of suffering, since there have to be some good times coming. We'll get better. We have to get better, because the alternative is quite unacceptable

Power engineer I can't lift too many weights.
And don't lift heavy weights for now. You need to rest (I have some experience in back pains)
