Thank you for the post and the help as far as the Visitor messages go; I signed in today and I was suddenly able to leave messages! :P
Hi again, is there a white message board under their left side picture that says visitor messages; there will also be a cursor to write. If you are having additional problems, look up Scherazade, she is one of our monitor and she will help you with any individual problems.
