Makes all the sense in the world. Thank you!
I just meant that because he was in jail he reflected that he too didn't like being cooped up much. (in jail)
I'm not too proud to ask: What sort of double meaning was intended in your previous issue? "'The hen didn't like being cooped up much.' When he said this to me during the interview in his cell he looked around the room. I understood what he meant. Tears formed in his eyes the second he made the statement." Perhaps some innuendo that I am not familiar with. Or it is simpler than I have been thinking it is.
Have you been getting any private messages from me? I have sent two, but they do not appear in my sent folder.
The ball is in your court...
Well that didn't work.
Oh, absolutely. I think that people will think its playful, not a big deal. I really enjoy the story so far. Oh, and also, all the "About Me"s are part of this pen name, not to be taken seriously.
Mat, Mind if I call you Mat? Any friend of J.D. is a friend of mine. Anyway, let me come to the point. Nobody's responding. How about we provoke them? How about actually in the story we say Worth says about his relationship with the girl, "She just didn't want to participate. Like those so called "writers" on those literature-sharing sites. All they want to do is read, not write. Most of them couldn't write their way out of a wet paper bag. It's 'cause they got no balls, not even the women." Then for sure someone would write (especially the women!) That's what I'd do if I had 'em in a classroom, provoke 'em. Think Logos would mind? What's your thoughts on this? I mean, we know they'll read it, we got the statistics on that. I don't care who does it or how. I'll bet we get a response in one day. Let's make Holden Caufield proud. (yeah, I got the little red book, you New Yorker you)
