Nice. My uncle got to spend some time at DLI learning Russian way back in the 70s. Good luck with Arabic...I have some friends who take it at school and they've told me it's insanely hard. I've heard intel can still be a good deal though too. Either way, best of luck!
I'm currently studying Arabic at the Defense Language Institute in Monterey, CA--definitely not the worst place to spend time while in the military. Unfortunately, I'm struggling with the language and may get reclassed into a new MOS, but I'll most likely get to stay in intel.

Good luck with your naval career. I've been in the Army for a year and a half now, and I love it. You'll meet some truly inspiring people, do some amazing things, and keep your body in great physical shape. And you'll be an officer, not some low-level enlisted guy like me!
