  1. No I did not know that, but I am glad to hear that you landed one. Congratulations.

  2. Did I tell you that I got a job? I am doing Document Quality Control. It's my job to make sure that the fabrication drawings are complete and accurate...yeah, a lot of pressure.
  3. Small world is right...we were a steel fabrication company. We primarily worked with Structural steel members, but we also did some stair and rail that required stainless. For the most part, it was my job to make sure that the right product was produced per the needs of the architectural and structural design. I may have to venture into a new area of work.
  4. Really? You are in QA too? It's a small world, isn't it? I'm terribly sorry to hear about your company going down, though. There has been far too much of that sort of carry-on during the last year. Honestly, it has been an annus horibilis. I really hope you land something soon.

As for us, we produce cold rolled stainless steel, and we have not been doing too well either lately, but I hope and think we are seeing the light in the end of the tunnel now.

  5. That is actually what I had been doing (with several other hats to wear too). I am currently unemployed due to the fact that my company is going under. I'm trying to focus on getting a job in that area. I am one who 'thinks outside of the box". What kinds of products does your company produce?
  6. Hey there,

You asked about my profession: I am a quality engineer. In other words I am a "professional whiner" No, honestly it's not that bad: What I do for a living is to work with improvement...
